Invested in YOUR Success: why choose Mediation Academy?

We all know that saying "you get what you pay for". Businessman, investor and philanthropist Warren Buffet went further and said "price is what you pay, value is what you get". In a competitive market, we understand that aspiring mediators are looking for options where you get the most "bang for your buck", which can be a crucial point in your decision making process. However, the cheapest option is not always the best option in terms of value and quality. Which is why we challenge you to think what kind of experience you would like to have with your training program.

At Mediation Academy, we are invested in your future.

We offer students support via email, WhatsApp, video- and phone calls. This counts for all our packages, not only the Pro- and Executive Suites. When you get stuck or feel unsure about the next step, we are dedicated to help. We know our students' goals, strengths, and fears. Our qualified facilitators offer years of experience in the field to help our students achieve their goals. 99.5% of our graduates recommend training with Mediation Academy. We figured out what works and we want to share it with you, our students.

Additionally, students have lifetime access to course materials, including any course updates and industry news. While students have up to a year to complete their studies, Mediation Academy doesn't work on a subscription basis where you lose all of the valuable information you have taken in throughout the course. You can study at your own pace, in your own time, without having to take time off work to complete the 64-hour theoretical part of the course. And when laws and best practices change, you get course updates for free.

Mediation Academy offers the whole package, including all three of the foundational training components, making it South Africa's most comprehensive course in family law mediation. Our 80-hour course is accredited with by ADR International Register, the South African Association of Mediators (SAAM), the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP), and the National Accreditation Board for Family Mediators (NABFAM).

We won't sugarcoat it: our course is tough. Unlike almost all of our competitors, we actually fail learners... This means that when our graduates go out there into the real world, they're already tough. Not failing learners who either aren't ready or not cut out for the job, actually sets them up for failure further down the line. We want to help you be ready for the challenges that come with starting your own mediation practice, we even include a module to help you do just that.

When your budget is a bit tight, we offer payment plans granting students the opportunity to pay for their course in up to one year. All the same benefits are granted to students who opt for the payment plans, so you will still have the experience you want and expect from Mediation Academy.

That all being said, we understand that investing in your education is a large commitment and we are available to chat about any questions you may still have. Don't hesitate to contact us, we are here for YOU.
