Women's Month Scholarship Winners

For Women's Month 2022, Mediation Academy offered two scholarships to women over 20. The applications we received were of such high standards, that we decided to award an additional scholarship, thus we had three exceptional winners!



More about our Winners:




Makgala Galoshe is qualified Social Worker in private practice who aims to assist her clients in negotiating a resolution of their disputes.


"Preservation of relationships one of a the skey benefit of mediation, that will

help clients to focus on effectively communicating with each other."








Magdel Daniel studied BA Law and LLB ad UNISA and has more than 30 years experience as a HR Director.


"My plan for the next 5 years is to establish a leading Mediation & Coaching practice that offers mediation services to parties in conflict with the difference that I can also over extended services such a personal coaching/development to parties in need."






Thato Mokoena works as a Statutory Social Worker for the Department of Social Development and plans on studying law in addition to her Social Work degree and Family Law Mediation Qualification.


"The knowledge and experience I receive from this course would allow me to provide

quality mediation services to children, couples who are coparenting, parents and

families in conflict."
