- Not passed their final exam within 6 months of registration
- Not scheduled their practicals within 6 months of registration
You'll receive:
- An additional 6 months to pass your final exam
- An additional 6 months to register for your practicals
- Unlimited opportunities to observe group coaching sessions
- Moral, academic and practical support
Notes:
- Legacy registrations (received before end January 2026) have 12 months to complete the course.
- Your access to course content never falls away, you have lifetime access to course content, including updates.

If we're unable to find a solution, Mediation Academy will refund you subject to a 10% administrative fee.
