As per the standards set by the National Accreditation Board of Family Mediators. Our 80-hour course covers every component of NABFAM's minimum training requirements. Additional modules include training on deliverables and practice management/planning that are considered indispensable to new mediators.
 
(b) Practicals
Practicals = Coaching + Formal Assessment
Here we spend 2 full days practicing our mediation skills in role-plays. We meet via video call and work in small groups. Role-plays are assessed and feedback provided throughout. Please book this leg of the course in advance by sending an email to info@mediationacademy.co.za.
 
(c) Standard support
Up to 3 hours of 1-on-1 Tutoring plus free access to weekly live Q&A sessions to help you build your practice.
 
(d) 80 Hours of self-paced studies
Study the 64-hour theory component at your own pace, then join us for 16 hours of practicals. The course has a study window of up to 6 months. You get lifetime access to course content, including course updates.
 
(e) 2x Coaching Sessions
2x Coaching sessions to practice your mediation skills before the formal assessment.
