Each intake requires a set number of participants. In the event that the scheduled intake does not secure the threshold number of participants, Mediation Academy SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to make new dates available, and you may request a 100% refund. Should you cancel after confirming your attendance, a 100% penalty will be levied to cover the cost of the coaches. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any problems in order to help us improve our service.

This component is best suited to learners that have completed the 64h Family Law Mediation component, but any learner or mediator may participate.
